The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) is one of the UAE's oldest and most prestigious tertiary institutions, offering a world-class Australian curriculum in the heart of Dubai Knowledge Park. Their "Campus of the Future" is designed to be a premier educational destination, featuring a sprawling, high-tech interior that prioritizes flexible learning, student mobility, and a modern, professional aesthetic that prepares students for the global workforce.
For UOWD, we focused on providing furniture solutions that could keep up with the fast-paced nature of a modern campus. We supplied a range of seating and collaborative furniture designed to withstand high-volume daily use while maintaining a sleek, academic look. Our work contributed to creating "collision spaces", areas where students and faculty can gather spontaneously to share ideas ensuring that every piece was as comfortable as it was durable. It was a pleasure to help bring a touch of local craftsmanship to such an influential international campus.
