Located in the architectural marvel that is Atlantis The Royal, Jaleo is a vibrant celebration of Spanish culture and cuisine by world-renowned Chef José Andrés. The restaurant is a high-energy space where the spirit of "revelry" meets fine dining, featuring an open kitchen, bold colors, and a design that encourages social interaction. As a Michelin-selected destination, the environment must balance the lively, bustling atmosphere of a Spanish tapas bar with the sophisticated luxury expected at one of the world’s most prestigious hotels.
At Jaleo, our challenge was to enhance the acoustic comfort of a grand, energetic dining room without compromising its striking visual design. We supplied and installed custom acoustic baffles that blend seamlessly into the restaurant's artistic ceiling landscape. These baffles are essential for managing the "clatter and chatter" of a busy service, ensuring that guests can enjoy the upbeat atmosphere and conversation with perfect clarity.
